They are quicker, easier and cheaper to deploy with no welding required, no need for hot permits and no need for specialist pipe-laying barges.
SoluForce pipeline systems are completely corrosion resistant – even in extreme sour service. Our pipes have a smooth bore, which ensures a much lower flow-resistance and improved flow capacity. SoluForce pipes can be used unfilled at a maximum depth of 80 metres/260 feet. Fill them, and they can be used in much deeper water. SoluForce pipelines have been used as a temporary test line at a water depth of 1000 metres/3280 feet.

Reinforced with synthetic fibre, SoluForce Classic has a LCLRCRT ranging from 90 bar/ 1305 psi up to 113 bar/ 1639 psi. Being fully metal-free, it is ideal for even the toughest applications. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable
Pushing the boundries even further, with extremely high pressures and temperatures.
Reinforced with high-strength steel wire, SoluForce Heavy has a Pburst,min ranging from 243 bar/ 3524 psi up to 450 bar/ 6527 psi. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable, and the HT (Hight Temperature) version can transport fluids at temperatures of up to 105°C/225ºF – a level of performance unmatched by any other flexible composite pipe available today.
SoluForce pipes are stabalized on the seabed using locally manufactured steel or concrete blocks. These blocks are easy to handle and manufacture, and make sure that the SoluForce pipe is securely anchered on the seabed. For example, they can also be stabalized on the seabed using an old steel cable.
