    SoluForce Flexible Composite Pipe (FCP also known as Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe or RTP) solutions are comprehensive yet economic. For example, you can opt for pipes-and-fittings only, or extend this with a range of services and support. These include installation equipment for rent or purchase, and training of international and local workforces in the use of the SoluForce system. All so you can speed up installation and reduce your labour needs – safely. We can also assist you with project management and help you find the right people for your project. Or a combination of the above.

    In addition to our conventional high-performance pipes, we also offer Gas Tight (GT) versions of SoluForce Classic and Heavy and a High Temperature (HT) version of SoluForce Heavy.

    Because the SoluForce system can be completely non-metallic, including the fitting system, they are scaling- and corrosion free. All SoluForce pipe systems have a smooth bore, which ensures a much lower flow-resistance and improved flow capacity. Moreover, their resistance to third party interference, earthquakes and landslides has been extensively proven and verified.

    SoluForce Light ST 3D Render

    Light

    Reinforced with synthetic fibre, SoluForce Light has a LCLRCRT ranging from 36 bar/ 522 psi up to 45 bar/ 653 psi. SoluForce Light provides an excellent and low cost solution for low to medium pressure.

    SoluForce Classic ST 3D Render

    Classic

    Reinforced with synthetic fibre, SoluForce Classic has a LCLRCRT ranging from 90 bar/ 1305 psi up to 113 bar/ 1639 psi. Being fully metal-free, it is ideal for even the toughest applications. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable.

    Heavy

    Reinforced with high-strength steel wire, SoluForce Heavy has a Pburst,min ranging from 243 bar/ 3524 psi up to 450 bar/ 6527 psi. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable, and the HT (Hight Temperature) version can transport fluids at temperatures of up to 105°C/225ºF – a level of performance unmatched by any other flexible composite pipe available today.

    With a uniquely manufactured bonded aluminum layer, light components and gasses are not able to permeate out of the SoluForce GT pipe. Resulting in the industries only completely Gas Tight Flexible Composite Pipe (or RTP) system.

    Hydrogen Tight (H2T)

    SoluForce has developed a spoolable Reinforced Thermoplastic industrial Piping system (RTP, also known as FCP) for hydrogen applications. The SoluForce FCP has been certified for hydrogen applications up to 42 bar of operating pressure.

    High Temperature (HT)

    Our SoluForce Heavy HT has a design temperature of 105°C/ 225ºF and actual operating temperature of 85°C/ 185°F – a level of performance unmatched by any other Flexible Composite Pipe (or RTP) available today.

    SoluForce pipe systems include a full fitting solution that is specially designed for the various SoluForce pipes. For the Light and Classic pipe systems, a non-metallic electrofusion connection system is available. For the Heavy pipe system, we offer a non-metallic single swaged and a high performance double swage connection system.

    Our services also include providing dedicated SoluForce installation equipment. The equipment, which can be rented as well as purchased, is state of the art and computer controlled. This guarantees that all couplings and fittings are installed in a way that is controlled, consistant and correct. Resulting in a safe and reliable system.
